Treatments is a subscription service offering high-end spa products by Eminence. Our boxes are carefully curated to provide a luxurious spa experience at home, featuring top-quality skincare products. But we take it one step further, we educate you on each step that would be used in a treatment room and explain why you are doing it and how to do it in a home treatment card. It’s like you have an esthetician and a spa director standing right by you.
1.2 What products are included in the subscription boxes?
Each box includes a selection of Eminence spa products, such as cleansers, masks, serums, moisturizers, and body treatments. We curate different products for each box to offer a variety of spa experiences.
2. Subscription Options
2.1 What is a One-Time Purchase option?
It allows you to purchase any of the six spa boxes as a one-time gift or personal treat. For one-time purchases and all other accounts, we offer product replacements for your initial and individual product orders. This ensures your kit remains fully stocked, as some products may be used more frequently than others.
2.2 What do the subscriptions include?
It includes a new box every month, third month, sixth month, ninth month or annually, ensuring a continuous supply of spa products. Subscriptions also give you a sign-in for the education portion of the page and offer incentive discounts for loyalty customers. Each subscription purchase also includes a generous free gift.
2.3 Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes, we do. We have a box you can add to your cart that has a pull down for your gift reason and a place where you can write a personal note. We wrap with care and we use a person who has excellent handwriting to write out each card personally.
2.4 Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes you can. However if you received a discount on the first year of your subscription, we may charge you the difference if you cancel. Once you have been with us for more than a year, you can cancel without any charge.
2.5 Can I purchase a single box without subscribing?
Yes, you can! We offer the option to purchase individual boxes if you’d like to try our products before committing to a subscription or if you’re looking for a special gift.
2.6 Do you offer gift subscriptions?
Yes, we do! You can purchase a gift subscription for friends or loved ones. Simply select the gift card option at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We offer 100% returns within 30 days of delivery for entire boxes that the products were not used. We offer 100% returns for individual products that were opened but did not meet your anticipated needs. We also offer product swaps within 30 days if you received a product and want to exchange it for a different one.
